Carlo’s Bakery

January 15, 2010 posted 751 days ago Raves Chris Halleron

The world now knows what we've known all along--that Carlo's Bakery is capo di tutti capi when it comes to cakes. And while some might find the lines outside 95 Washington Street to be a little ridiculous, anyone who's had so much as a taste of their handiwork can only see it as justified. Buddy & Co. deserve all their hard-earned success, and while it may make things a bit hectic down at the bake shop, Hoboken is grateful to have such a delicious asset. With Valentine's Day on the horizon, a 7-tier wedding cake may be jumping the gun for some, but a nice selection of Carlo's decorative chocolate strawberries is the least you can do.

hMAG includes six raves in every issue of the magazine highlighting the treasures in the Mile Square. Have a tip  for hMAG about something you think should be included in the magazine or to be featured on our website? We want to know!
