“Come Alive” with 7Mornings, the Hoboken-based singer/songwriter pop/rock band that will leave you humming their tunes all day long and make you proud to share this town with them. 7Mornings, who recorded their first release “Hurry Up and Wait” right here in Hoboken, has an upbeat, fresh sound that certainly serves as a reminder that “every day offers new opportunities,” as the band says their name reflects. Originally from Cape May--with Adam McDonough and John Miller on guitar/vocals, Colin Miller on bass, and Pete Cetinich on drums--the band began their careers playing covers down the shore until the time came for 7Mornings to move to North Jersey, write and push their own music. “Hurry Up and Wait” was recorded at Hoboken's Pigeon Club Studios and co-produced by Wayne Dorrell, owner and engineer of the studio. 7Mornings believes basing themselves out of Hoboken “has been inspiring and intimidating…there are a ridiculous amount of talented artists just minutes from wherever you stand.” After two years in Hoboken, a decade together, and the well-received release of “Hurry Up and Wait,” 7Mornings is just getting started. The new release is available on iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, www.7Mornings.com, and in Hoboken at TUNES (225 Washington Street).
