One Fine Hoboken Man

July 14, 2010 posted 577 days ago h Now Amanda Nitti

Admit it- EVERYONE loves to be pampered every now and then. Men, women, gay or straight, it’s nice to relax and be taken care of. And when you’re going to shell out the money for a quality haircut, you’re looking for more than just a trim. Its all about the experience. What about a salon will make you want to come back again and again? A clean space, great aesthetics, an experienced and friendly staff, and an inspiring atmosphere. A place where creativity and relaxation come together for an unforgettable experience.

SALON TODAY, a publication focused on the professional salon industry, sponsors an annual interior design competition called “Salons of the Year”. This year, our very own salon, The Hoboken Man, located at Maxwell Place, received the honor “Salon of Distinction” from SALON TODAY. This is quite an honor, considering there were over 100 entries, all of which were extremely qualified. There was one grand prize winner and three runners up, followed by 16 “Salon of Distinction” honorees.

Guys, you’ll definitely want to check out The Hoboken Man if you haven’t already. Co-owner Emily Gonce claims “ Designing a unique space was central to our vision, and to the success in Hoboken- a town with over 50 salons, just none designed specifically for the distinguished man”. Offering phenomenal services including haircuts, shaves, facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures, this is the place to relax and emerge as one handsome Hoboken man!

And ladies, if you’re struggling to find a gift for your man for whatever the occasion, this is a hot idea!
