Step into Pauline's Chocolates and you've stepped into a childhood dream, as the entire place is filled with everything imaginable covered in chocolate--the kind of place where a parent can walk in with two kids and be even more excited than they are. Pauline's has everything for everyone, from the occasional chocolate snacker to the full on addict. Peanuts, pretzels, marshmallows--even potato chips--covered in light, dark, medium, or whatever type of chocolate.

Pauline, a self-proclaimed B&R (born & raised) Hoboken resident started 14 years ago on a fluke when her bossed ask her to decorate the place for Easter. She obliged and never looked back. For gift baskets, special decorations or perhaps a gobstopper dipped in chocolate (this may be a special request) stop by Pauline's at 207 Jefferson Street. Warning: Don't take the kids too close to bedtime.
