Cake Boss Viewing Party at McSwiggans

You may recall a few months ago (May 28th, to be exact) hMAG reported that an episode of “Cake Boss” had been filmed at McSwiggans (110 1st Street). Buddy Valastro made a special phoenix cake for bar owner, Aidan Boyle, to celebrate McSwiggans’ reopening after a fire in ’08.

The hMAG team, along with many excited Hobokenites, hung around McSwiggans to meet the Cake Boss, have some cake and drinks, and hopefully make it into an episode.

Well, the wait is now over. Tonight’s the night that the McSwiggans episode will air. To celebrate, the bar is having a CakecBoss viewing party starting at 9PM. They will provide treats from Carlo’s Bakery, drink specials, and live music by The Baltimore Argument once the show is over.

Go celebrate at McSwiggans and see if you or someone you know made it into the episode!
