Kristin Ehrgott

Twenty-nine year old realtor Kristin Ehrgott loves traveling and fast cars, two pursuits that have taken her across America and around the world. Her jet-setting has landed her in London, Dublin, Paris, Costa Rica, Panama and Italy, with plans to visit San Francisco and Greece next, and she's skied the slopes of Vermont, Colorado and Quebec.

But Kristin’s travels aren’t the typical holidays; this summer it was the Bullrun Rally, a celebrity-studded exotic car race that MTV filmed for a television show airing this fall. In between 190 mph stints in a Lamborghini, Kristin partied on red carpets from Vegas to Miami with Ice T, Coco and Vanilla Ice. “This is a unique experience, I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to take part,” says Kristin. “It’s experiences like this that have inspired me to start my own blog to share my journeys.”

Kristin’s journey to Hoboken began in Long Valley, New Jersey, where she was raised in a family of successful entrepreneurs. She attended Drexel University in Philadelphia majoring in business and photography. Before graduating in 2004 Kristin took off for Los Angeles where she worked with famed photographer Grey Crawford, snapping spreads for architecture and interior design magazines.

After returning to the East Coast Kristin managed national advertising campaigns for Panasonic. Then, following her entrepreneurial roots, she started her own company, Mindseed, specializing in marketing and business development for luxury and emerging brands. “It's always been my dream to have my own business,” she says.

She now owns two businesses since moving to Hoboken in spring of 2010, alongside Mindseed, Kristin has used the opportunity to channel her talents and outgoing personality, extensive Rolodex and interest in architecture into the real estate industry.

She’s earning a reputation as a real estate matchmaker. Like a dating matchmaker leads singles into love, Kristin finds her clients the perfect home. She spends a lot of time asking lifestyle and goal-oriented questions and building close relationships with her clients, whether they're interested in buying, selling, renting or investing. “I really get to know my clients on a personal level and see through their eyes what's right for them,” she says.

Kristin partnered with Prudential Castle Point Realty in January of 2011 and launched her own charming, heart-motif and pink-tinted website in February. She's finding her intimate touch works, recently both listing and renting the highest priced residential home in Hoboken history; a three bedroom residence at the W Hotel for $12,000 per month.

Haven’t met Kristin yet? You can find her jogging along the waterfront, enjoying brunch at Anthony David's, sipping a cocktail at Chandelier Room, or scoring a vintage DVF dress at Midtown Authentic. That is while she is in town of course.
