Big on Clams

Summertime and fresh seafood – they seem to go hand in hand. Did someone say, ‘clams on the half shell’? Enjoy them anyway you like – raw, steamed, baked or fried! Normally, one would have to head south to Monmouth or Ocean County to enjoy delicious raw clams, oysters or mussels on a warm summer day with an ice cold beer or refreshing margarita.

Now Hoboken-ites and visitors alike can get that fresh -from-the-shore experience with the opening of Biggie’s Clam Bar on Newark Street. Taking over the former Clam Broth House space, it is the perfect spot to chill out at their charming and inviting bar and order up some of their awesome shellfish specialties! Raw or roasted, baked or steamed, Biggie’s has it any way you’re in the mood for.

Can’t make to the beach? No worries people! Biggie’s has your fresh seafood cravings covered! As they say, go ‘Big’ or go home!
