Bass – Drums – Guitars- Action! HelloRadio is more than just a fabulous band, they are fabulous guys. With music as approachable as their personalities, this band has nothing but “promising future” written across their foreheads. Performing at Hoboken’s legendary music venue Maxwell’s on Saturday, October 13th, HelloRadio and fans celebrated their release of new record “Letters to Texas”.
The party opened with their songs “Birthwater” (https://www.facebook.com/Birthwater) and “Radical Dads”(https://www.facebook.com/radicaldads), whose complimentary tunes vamped HelloRadio’s entrance. Starting out strong with a harder more drum driven tune, HelloRadio oozed much of that old school Foo appeal.
The live room embraced the full sound, the solid beat, and brotherhood energy between members: Alphonse Rispoli, Michael Domanic, Chris Lammer, and Joe Doviak. It was time to grab a drink and dance along – the show has begun.
Switch me up and spin me around, playing instrument musical chairs – each guy spent a little time moving around the stage. Loving the unpredictable moves with the smooth ear pleasing resolving harmonies and melodies, HelloRadio, did a great job of keeping a musician’s integrity.
“Hong Kong” a fave! With simple yet powerful lyrics, this song keeps you wanting more. It’s easy to join in and feel apart. HelloRadio, is friendly to the musician or the music supporter allowing you to hum, sing along, clap hands, or make up whatever you want in your own original way. HelloRadio is just that gifted.
For those not too knowledgeable in music, HelloRadio makes it easy for you. With tunes like “Shoreline” and “Related to Fiction,” you can sit back and relax without challenging the ear to musical holes or drastic changes. Their sustained chord progressions grab you instantly, feeling an undercurrent of rhythmic notation.
HelloRadio has an extremely vulnerable and soft quality to their music and media appeal. Clean-cut, nicely packaged, and straight up genuine, they once again kept the integrity of what it means to be true raw talent. Offering limited edition copies of record artwork by renowned illustrator Skip Sterling and handmade water color and silkscreened posters by Rachel Walling, HelloRadio surrounds themselves not just with loyal fans but also positive artists.
HelloRadio’s “Letters to Texas” is on sale now. Also check out first record “300 Mile Concourse Winner” with suggested tracks “Navigator”. HelloRadio is not just a performance; they are brothers who make up the definition of what living your passion means.
