We wouldn’t normally associate rain with Miami, but Hurricane Irma has us all concerned about the weather down there.

Frank spent a fair amount of time in Miami, taking up residence at the Fontainebleau Hotel, performing at La Ronde nightclub during his Rat Pack heyday.

“Rain (Falling from the Skies),” written by Robert Mellin and Gerald Finlay, appeared on the 1956 album This Is Sinatra! The album features a collection of singles and B-sides arranged by Nelson Riddle.

As for all this rain falling from the skies during hurricane season, Hoboken will do its part to help with the relief effort. What had initially begun as a fundraiser for Hurricane Harvey will now encompass other initiatives. Stay tuned to hMAG.com for details, as we try to keep pace with this staggering display of Mother Nature’s wrath.

Here alone in all my sorrows
Waiting for the clouds to hurry by
Praying that a new tomorrow
Will put the sun back in the sky
