Although the Spring market has yet to really heat up there were several new listings this week (2/11 – 2/18)

• Studio/ One Bedrooms
  10 New listings,. The average price was $367,000 and the average price per sq/ft was $607.
• 2 Bedrooms
  14 New Listings. The average price was $807,000 and the average price per sq/ft was $706 (slightly elevated due to the inclusion of two high-end units).
• 3 Bedrooms
  4 New Listings. The average price was $931,000 and the average price per sq/ft was $623.
• Single Family Homes
  2 listings, one priced at $748,888 the other at $1,998,500.

MORTGAGE MARKET IN REVIEW

Rates have been stable this week, holding their ground at some of the lowest levels of 2016. The key to where rates go will be if the Equities markets continue to rally, as they have this week. This will most likely cause a sell-off in the bond market, and push mortgage rates higher.
