About me
The heartfelt singing and soul-wrenching wailing of Blaire Reinhard is inspired by expressive female vocalists like Janis Joplin, Adele, Mavis Staples, Norah Jones and Amy Winehouse. Blaire and her band’s inventive live shows stretch from moments of tenderness and nostalgia to throes of angst and fervor.
-
If you haven’t seen Blaire perform live yet, you’ve most likely heard her on TV (So You Think You Can Dance, Lincoln Heights theme song, Chappelle’s Show, Felicity, Young and the Restless), in feature films (The Namesake, High School Musical, Step Up), or on radio programs across the East Coast (including in-studio performances at WDHA and WVIA, and parodies of top 40 hits on Z100’s Z Morning Zoo). The Blaire Reinhard Band (“The BRB”) has been featured on MTV alongside Alicia Keys and Nick Lachey, opened for national artists like Kenny Loggins and Pete Francis of Dispatch, and been joined onstage by John Popper of Blues Traveler. They have headlined some the largest festivals in New Jersey (such as First Night Morris County) and have entertained celebrity audiences including Matthew Broderick, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and the New York Jets.
-
Blaire is joined by her brother Gray Reinhard (piano, guitar) and her husband Wade Perrin (bass, harmonica), as well as Keith Woodward (drums) and Phil Ward (guitar, mandolin)—all of whom lend strong back-up vocals and harmonies to the band’s signature sound. The BRB has released two albums, and is currently working with Grammy Award-winning producer Glenn Rosenstein on a third album, which will feature Blaire and Gray’s grandfather Doc Severinsen, world-renowned trumpet player and bandleader.
