WORLD CHAMPION VIEW: Eli Manning Sells Hoboken Apartment
Don’t worry—he’s still with the Giants (as of press time). But reports indicate that Eli Manning has sold his Hoboken apartment at Hudson Tea Building.
The Manning Family lived in the impressive three-unit apartment that spans the SE corner of the Hudson Tea Building for a number of years, before relocating to the burbs* in 2015.
The reconfigured units offer a truly distinctive plan with over 3,555 square feet, featuring stunning panoramic views of the Hudson River and the NYC Skyline. The Master Wing offers direct midtown NYC views from the main bedroom and adjacent study. The Guest Wing includes two bedrooms, a playroom/office, two full bathrooms and a laundry center.
The Hudson Tea Building offers concierge, fitness and a business center—plus convenient walks to direct ferry or bus transit into the City.
The home originally listed for $5,200,000 in May of 2015. The price was lowered to $4,200,000 earlier this year after being available for rent as of March 2016. According the the NJMLS, the home closed yesterday for $3,550,000.
No word on the new owners, or whether or not they plan on winning the Super Bowl during their tenure in the home…
*EDITOR’S NOTE: We initially stated that Manning relocated to Bergen County. We can’t confirm that, and we’ve been told he’s elsewhere now, so we’re going with “the burbs.” It’s all the same once you get past Secaucus… that much we CAN confirm.
