(FILE PHOTO)

Last year it was Hoboken’s turn, and we’re still blushing…

Over a year later, The New York Times has recognized the existence of Jersey City, New Jersey.

While officially incorporated in 1838, and having had an absolutely dynamic real estate, restaurant and nightlife scene for, oh, over the last decade, The New York Times featured our neighbor in its Real Estate section today, thereby “putting it on the map.”

(Hell, they even had a Light Rail before NYC!)
