The Smokin’ Barrel has unfortunately flamed out, ending a less-than-two-year run.

Next on the menu: The Shepherd & the Knucklehead

Our friends at Hoboken Happy Hours are reporting that the craft beer/steakhouse is slated to open at the 1313 Willow Avenue location this fall.

hMAG’s Mar/Apr feature explores the growth of craft beer in our area. The Shepherd & the Knucklehead will join the likes of Cork City Pub, Jack & Co., Jack’s Cabin, The Madison, City Bistro, Finnegan’s and Maxwell’s as some of Hoboken’s craft beer hotpots.

Bottoms up…
