On Thursday, January 19th at 7:00 p.m., Del Frisco’s Grille Hoboken (221 River Street) is offering diners the chance to warm up with tastes of America’s finest bourbon.
An indulgent four-course pairing menu expertly prepared by Executive Chef Anthony Guglielmelli includes hand-crafted bourbon cocktails featuring legendary favorites such as Knob Creek, Marker’s Mark and Basil Hayden’s. Menu highlights include:
- Chicken Liver Jar with Toasted Chicken Fat Baguette & Makers Onion Jelly – Maker’s Mark Fig Sour
- Neuskes Bacon Au Poivre & Grits with Bourbon Red Eye Jus – Knob Creek Rye Boulevardier
