Hoboken Police Seek Information About Shooting Incident

An incident involving what appears to be a masked assailant who fired upon an individual last week has Hoboken Police asking for any clues the public may have.

From Hoboken PD:

On Tuesday August 20th, 2019 at approximately 10:00 pm, Detectives and Uniformed Officers responded to the 200 block of Harrison Street on a report of shots fired. Officers responded to the location and spoke with the victim who states he was approached by an unknown person who began to shoot several times at his direction. The victim was not struck nor was anyone else. The unknown person was no longer on the scene and was last observed fleeing south on Harrison Street. The detectives are currently investigating the incident and are seeking help from the public.

Anyone with information as to the identity of the shooter or any other information that will assist the detectives is asked to call Det.
