The largest Easter egg hunt in Hudson County got even bigger this year!

For the third year in a row, the Hoboken Grace Easter Egg Hunt featured two hunts at its annual event—both of which completely sold out two months before the event. More than 6,000 people participated in the festivities with over 400 volunteers.

Families across Hoboken and the surrounding communities took part in completely free activities including the Easter egg hunt, a variety of games, pictures with the Easter bunny, face painting, arts and crafts and more.

“This event gets bigger and bigger each year. This year, we added 6,000 more Easter eggs and two more Easter bunnies to ensure each family had an opportunity for a photo.” said Chris High, Pastor of Hoboken Grace. “We’re thrilled to be able to serve and love our community here in Hoboken in such a big way each year. We look forward to it all year.” With partnerships and support from the city, we hope to be able to include even more participants next year.

What’s truly incredible is that the event is completely run by volunteers. At the corner of Fourth and Jackson, more than 400 volunteers from Hoboken Grace, the community, and local businesses all came together to volunteer and create this fun environment for local families.
