Egg-streme Sports: Hoboken Easter Egg Hunt Overview

So the Hunt is on this weekend…

No, not THAT Hunt—this one is for the kiddies.

It’s the week before Easter, and the Hoboken Easter Egg Hunt Season is upon us. Time to talk strategy, tactics, rules of engagement—while at the same time reinforcing good, wholesome family fun.

In other words, it’s a parenting minefield of mixed messages, so just let the kids run and enjoy themselves. They’ll figure it out.

Here are a few options:
Hoboken Catholic Academy hosts its annual Easter Egg Hunt for students on Saturday, March 28th, at Elysian Park (Hudson Street between 10th & 11th) starting at 10 a.m. sharp. Enjoy egg hunting, arts & crafts, games and light refreshments. The event is open to HCA students in grades Pre-K3 through 1st and their siblings. Admission is $5.00 per child. Volunteers are welcome!

Hoboken Grace is holding their Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 28th from 10 a.m. to Noon. It is a free event for the whole family. Over 15,000 candy-stuffed eggs will be found by children ages 1–12 at Mama Johnson Field (4th & Jackson). There will also be free face painting, games, bunny photos, and more. Cut down your wait time and CLICK HERE to pre-register. Volunteers are also welcome.

On Sunday, March 29th, Berkshire Hathaway/Hudson River Properties will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt at Elysian Park from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The program will consist of a variety of events with prizes both for kids and adults. The event is being held to raise awareness for The Sunshine Kids Foundation—a non-profit organization dedicated to children who are fighting cancer.

DID WE MISS ONE??? Let us know, and we’ll happily update our game plan.

HAPPY HUNTING, KIDS!!!
